All our local and international parcels are being delivered by Singpost. We highly recommend that you opt for registered postage to prevent lost parcels as all registered parcels can be tracked via Singpost's website. We will not be liable for any parcels lost by using normal postage during the duration after posting out. Local Normal Postage charges:

} Queenstown MRT (According to my SCHOOL time table) Please make sure a correct and valid home address is provided upon payment. You will be required to top up an additional $2.00 for normal postage and $3.50 for registered postage if a return mail is bounced to us. (An additional of $1.00 for every next item.) However, if we have made a mistake and written the wrong address, the second mailing fee will be waived and absorbed by us. Returns and refunds will only be accepted if there are any defects on the items upon receiving. However, we will make an effort to check and ensure that all items are in 100% good condition before mailing them out. If you have received an item with a defect, please send an email with a clear picture of the defected product to infozeynati@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving the product(s). Defected goods must be returned within 3 days from the date you email us about the defects. Email us once you mailed out the defected piece. Length discrepancy of 0.5 - 1" in our given measurements will not be considered a defect.
We will allow a refund only if the item is defected. Item(s) defected that is returned to has has to be in unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging as how it was sent out. There is strictly no exchange nor refund policy for items that does not fit. |
